WHAT'S COVERED

We warranty our products against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from delivery. Manufacturing defects include issues such as:

  • Significant flaws in materials or construction that affect functionality.
  • Any cracks or breaks as a result from rough handling during transit.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Damage resulting from improper cleaning or storage
  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the defective or broken item
