How do I check my Petal Points?
Log into your account to view your Petal Points balance, tier, and available rewards.
- If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily create one using the email tied to your orders. You’ll need an account to redeem your points.
What are points worth? and what are the four tiers?

- 100 Petal Points = $1 off your order—the higher your tier, the more points you earn per dollar.
- You can spend petal points like cash at checkout or redeem for free shipping.
- If you redeem for shipping, you get free standard shipping for 900 points which would normally be $9.95.
When do I get my Petal Points after an order?
- Petal Points are added to your account after your purchase is completed.

- Yes, Petal Points will expire after six months of account inactivity. If points are about to expire, you'll receive an email reminder so you can be sure to spend them!
Do I lose my tier if I don’t order for a while?
- Nope. Once you reach a tier, it’s yours to keep.
Can I use Petal Points with other discounts or promo codes?
- In most cases, yes—but some promotions may not stack. You’ll see what’s eligible at checkout.
Do I earn Petal Points on sale items?
- Yes! You earn Petal Points on all purchases except gift cards.
